Manage Profile
Change Information Change Information
  1. if you are not already signed in, click "Sign in"

  2. Click on the icon and then choose the option "My Profile"

  3. Change the Information.

    The following fields are allowed to be corrected:

    • Email
    • Other Info
    • Preferred Communication Language

    The following fields are read only:

    • Profile Id
    • Account Type: Citizen or Organization
    • Unique Identifier: Citizen Id or Company Registration Number (if the profile is Identified)
    • Display Name
    • Last Failed Login

  4. Click "Save"

  1. Click the Icon and then choose the option "Change Email"

  2. Fill in the fields

    1. Type new Email
    2. Confirm new Email
    3. Click "Send Verification Code"
  3. Enter Verification Code

    1. Type the 6-digit verification code you have received in your new email
    2. Click "Verify"

  1. Click the Icon and then choose the option "Change Password"

  2. Fill in the fields

    1. Type current Password
    2. Type new Password
    3. Confirm new password
  3. Click "Save"

  1. Click the icon and then choose the option "Change Security Question"

  2. Fill in the Fields

  3. Click "Save"

  1. if you are not already signed in, click "Sign in"

  2. Click "Manage e-Services"

  3. Click "Enrol to e-Services"

  4. Choose the e-Service and then click "Enrol"

  5. Fill in the fields
De-enrol an e-Service De-enrol an e-Service
  1. if you are not already signed in, click "Sign in"

  2. Click "Manage e-Services"

  3. Choose the e-Service and then click "De-enrol"

  4. Choose "Yes" ή "No"

  4. Create Assistant

  5. Choose Assistant to Delete or Assign e-Services
